Jen Flynn

After relocating from Maryland to Charleston a few years ago, Jen brought with her a lifelong passion for food, hospitality, and connecting with people. Raised by a Jewish mother and a Southern father, she had the unique experience of learning to cook and bake from two rich cultural traditions. These early lessons not only shaped her skills in the kitchen but also instilled in her a deep appreciation for bringing people together through food.

Her professional background is rooted in retail sales and entrepreneurship. Over the years, she’s owned and operated several businesses, including a charcuterie company that combined her love for food, creativity, and entertaining. She’s energized by meeting new people and has a special place in her heart for our older generations—she says there’s nothing more rewarding than listening to their stories and learning from their experiences.

Now happily settled in Charleston, she spends her days enjoying the beach, exploring the local community, and staying inspired by the beauty of the Lowcountry. She is also a proud parent of two adult children who continue to be her greatest joy.
